FORMATION OF ALLIANCE FOR QUALITY EDUCATION

KEF and three other charitable educational NGOs have formed an umbrella organization, Alliance for Quality Education (AQE) to provide a platform for coordination of their efforts for quality education schools in backward areas. A.Q.E., whose membership is open to other educational NGOs having similar objectives, presently comprises Kashmir Education Foundation (Rawalpindi), Mianwali Education Trust (Islamabad), M. H. Sufi Foundation (Lahore) and Agahi Trust (Mansehra). AQE with its Head Office in Islamabad is working in collaboration with Asia Foundation and Voluntary Service Overseas (VS0) of UK.
